As the driving force behind the company's growth, Michael has been instrumental in transforming Property Possible Inc. from a small-scale real estate investment operation into a vertically integrated development firm focused on large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects.

With a strong foundation in real estate finance and deal structuring, Michael oversees all aspects of capital formation, investor relations, and transaction execution. His ability to source, structure, and close complex real estate investments has positioned the company as a trusted partner among both institutional and private investors. Known for his disciplined underwriting and relationship-driven approach, he has successfully aligned diverse investor profiles across multiple projects while consistently delivering strong operational outcomes.

Michael is particularly recognized for building and maintaining a cohesive investor network, fostering long-term partnerships rooted in transparency, performance, and trust. His leadership ensures that each investment opportunity is executed with precision — from initial acquisition through development and stabilization — while maintaining a clear focus on risk management and value creation.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Michael is a dedicated husband and father of two boys. He is actively involved in coaching his sons in youth sports and values the leadership, discipline, and teamwork that both athletics and business share.

Matthew plays a central role in driving operational strategy across all phases of the real estate lifecycle, including development, construction management, asset stabilization, and long-term performance optimization.

Since joining the firm's leadership, Matthew has been instrumental in scaling Property Possible Inc. from small-scale renovation projects to complex adaptive reuse developments, ground-up construction, and multifamily conversions. His ability to integrate construction oversight with asset management strategy has enabled the company to successfully execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining strict control over budget, schedule, and quality.

Matthew leads all construction and asset management functions, ensuring seamless coordination between pre-construction planning, field operations, and post-completion performance. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of building systems, project scheduling, and cost management have established a disciplined execution model that minimizes risk and maximizes asset value.

In addition, Matthew's extensive experience in property management has allowed Property Possible Inc. to operate as a fully integrated platform, managing leasing, stabilization, and disposition efforts in-house. This vertical integration provides the firm with enhanced oversight, operational efficiency, and the ability to maintain consistent standards across its portfolio.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Matthew is a husband and father to a young son and daughter. He values time spent with his family and prioritizes maintaining a strong balance between his professional and personal life.
